Ovento BV is a consultancy firm founded by Albert Ploeg from The Netherlands.
The company provides technical support to developers, designers, contractors and operators of offshore wind farms.
Mr Ploeg has worked in varying roles on approximately ten different offshore wind projects. Contracts are normally on a reimbursable basis (hourly fee).
Ovento is supported by a small group of very experienced wind energy experts from Europe and Canada. In view of long term strategic collaboration contracts with other consultancy firms, details of this group are available on request.
